FAQ's

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unharmed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you want to return an order, please send us an email at eliza@fragmentsshop.com      
Note that you will only be refunded if you have sent a request for return first. Once we accepted your request, you can return your order. After we approved the state of the returned goods, you will be refunded as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Fragments can not be held responsible for damages or loss of return orders.
 
Exchanges
We do everything to ship your package as safe as possible. If the plant or design would still get damaged on the way, please send a picture of your damaged order to eliza@fragmentsshop.com within 24 hours after delivery. If approved, we will send out a new package within 24 hours.

SHIPPING & PRICES

Within Belgium, it takes 3-4 working days to get your package delivered.
If you order from abroad, it can take up to 5 working days for the Benelux, and up to 10 working days for the rest of the world.
We deliver our packages through Bpost. The shipping costs are not included in the prices and match the standard shipping rates of Bpost.
For orders within Belgium :
A text message will be sent out to your phone the day before delivery with an estimation of the delivery time.

Pick-up

If you wish to pick up your order at our office, please send us an email at eliza@fragmentsshop.com with a screenshot of your basket + the time and date you'd wish to stop by. We'll get back to you with a confirmation within 24 hours. Our office is located at : FRAGMENTS, Koolmijnenkaai 64A, 1080 Brussels, Belgium.

Shipping Prefences

If you can't find your country in the list, please contact us at eliza@fragmentshop.com and we'll send you a customized shipping proposal.

For shipping within the Benelux

If you prefer us to deliver at the closest pick-up point OR package dispenser, rather than at home, select either of the options above when you check-out.

TAXES

All taxes are included in the prices as displayed on our website.

PAYMENT METHODS

If you choose to get your order delivered,  you can pay with credit card, bankcontact or pay pal.
If you pick up your package at our office, you can either pay cash, credit or bankcontact.
